DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I called this online company (also known as Sunset Caskets) a day prior to my mother's passing to check out a casket. A Matt answered the phone, said he was one of the owners. He wanted to charge me $497.00 for a "freight delivery charge". I questioned him on it, and he said he would take off $200.00 and would only charge me $297.00 for it. He said I didn't have to pay sales tax on the casket. I gave him all of my credit card information and told him that I would call him when my mother passed so it could be shipped. I told him I did not not need express delivery because it would be more than a week before I would need it. I was bothered by the "freight delivery charge" and checked with other online casket companies and found that there was no such charge. I called Matt back and told him I wanted to cancel. He said he wanted my business and asked if my mother was a veteran because he could give me a "veterans discount" and take off that charge. My husband called later and told him that we were canceling the order and he said it already shipped. My husband told him that was impossible because we didn't give him the okay to ship. Matt called him back later that day and threatened him and told him "we would pay." Within a week there were several online charges made to the same credit card that I had given Matt that I never made amounting to hundreds of dollars. This guy is a SCAM ARTIST.
