this dealer ship should be investigated how they operate and hopefully should be fine or shutdown! Took my car for basic oil change after getting the car back my fuel sensor have trigger "check fuel cap" and I notice that my miles per gallon have gone down significantly to 11 to 13! I'm not an expert here but something is going on and not only that before all this I purchase an oil and oil filter and put it in my trunk but got lazy, did not have the chance to do it. I have show it to the service guy if they can used this oil but he notice that it was a wrong type of oil and cannot be used for this car. I was planning to take it back to return the oil or exchange it but I notice that it was used already and had a old oil in it. I was so mad and when back to the dealership and ask what happen and of course they denied it and ask what could they do to make this go away! "to make this go away" this is coming from the manager, whatever happen to the "do the right thing first!" I don't know what to say, even though I want to say but I can't. I was hopping they will initiate or just take from the top and start from there. Now I lost my confidence bring the for service who know what is actually happening when you leave your car.
