Deluxe is continuing its history of fraud by charging 23x-30x the legal amout charged by the "State of California". They are Illegally charging VLF/CLF Vehicle Licensing Fees in excess of those enacted by the Governor in emergency legislation designed to help with the California $23 Billion deficit. This Multi-million dollar fraud is just the latest in a long history of defrauding consumers. This fraud was in effect as of todays date and was publically exposed on 11/24/2010.
