I placed an order with them using Amazon and did not know they shipped via usps (not UPS)and mistakenly gave them the wrong address. The item was sent and sat in the post office for several weeks and was sent back to them. Once I found out I gave them the correct address. After repeated emails, many unanswered, over several months, several times giving them my correct address I never receiver the item I ordered or my money back. My fault also that I missed the window with Amazon to get my money back. But I do not recommendn doing business with this company. Oh, and by the way, I even offered to pay for the extra shipping costs because I gave them the wrong address!!!

I finally received the cable 4-12-10!! The cable was as advertised and what I expected.
