On 5/26/12 my Family and I drove from out of state to visit Disneyland. We made our appt with Cheapfun tickets days before getting to CA and even called the night before we got the CA to make sure we would be able to get our tickets . The morning we get to CA at 8:30 am I call Santos w/ CHEAPFUNTICKETS to confirm our pick up and he says he is waiting for the tickets to be delivered, give him an hour, so my family and I go have breakfast and call back to at 9:30 am to see if we can get the tickets and he says he is still waiting on them to be delivered so we waited another 30 mins by then my husband and I were fed up so we contacted another ticket place which we found on Craigslist. They were very professional and located not to far from Disneyland. I was very disappointed with CHEAPFUNTICKETS and very glad I did to give them any of my personal information. After speaking to some of the visitors at Disneyland they said that CHEAPFUNTICKETS has a history of using stolen credit cards to purchase the ticets and that is why they prefer you pay cash & give you a printout instead of an actual card/pass for the park. I cannot remember the name of the place we went to but they were very nice to my family and I.
