The most corrupt and thoroughly disgraceful company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with- perhaps there is a good reason they have a D rating from the BBB. When I had a dental emergency in 2007, my wife and I randomly selected this business from the yellow pages. Big mistake! The service was horrible, the office staff rude and incompetent, and they overbilled me in excess of $1500, despite my having double insurance coverage. The oral surgeon the referred me to also had to question the integrity and competence of the treatment plan they had laid out for me. I declined their treatment, but they have yet to pay me a refund...despite the fact that the office manager admitted that they messed up. In the meantime- it gets better- they also tried to extort another $1700 from me and blatantly lied about services rendered to my insurance provider. The manager is never in, no one returns my calls, and they have also stalled on giving me a copy of my patient file, which is required by California law. I am in going to file a fraud case with the police, contact the dental associations of CA, and take them to court. Crooks like this should not be allowed to operate.
