Ordered a cordless powertool through Amazon to CPO Commerce, trading as CPO Outlets. The tool included 2 batteries one of which would not charge. Requested a replacement under the warranty terms from CPO 3 weeks ago, supposedly mailed through FedEx--we were even given a tracking number. When we called CPO to ask about delivery, the person who handled that was "at lunch"--we never received a return call. FedEx never delivered the package and CPO hasn't returned our emails.
Unfortunately this site only allows 1 star as the lowest rating. I would give it a -5.
