I have been a patient at Brea Dental Group for the last 5 years, I have always been and continue to be 100% satisfied. I recently referred a co- worker to the office. My co-worker looked them up through the BBB and was not happy to find a CC rating, I then looked up the complaints for myself and was 1st of all surprised to see that there were 8 negative reviews as I have sent numerous people there who have all been 100% satisfied. I then got to thinking of how unfair the BBB rates an office you sees I'm sure over 100 patients a week and has been established at least for the last 5 years, 8 negative reviews seems to be a very insignificant number for such a busy place, not to mention that an angry person always tends to state things that may not always be 100% true. I will continue to refer friends and rate this office as the best dental place I know!!
