Blizzard is very difficult to get ahold of. They send links allowing children to activate new account/ thus introduce a new billing cycle. I have called Blizzard and waited through waiting times (all time of day) in excess of 45 mins.
45 Mins was the fastest response I ever got
On the good side , if you can spend 4 hours of your time and ferret through how to get ahold of them and the parent company, they will refund your money and say they are sorry.
Bare in mind, this company targets online gaming, and wish to serve yout children and not be available for those paying the bills.
I question the BBB and there way over board rating of "B" for vlizzaed. Last I checked about a year ago, they (Blizzard) were rated F. I have seen no change in this companies (Blizzard) WOW practices, but thr BBB must have impressed upon something all consumers of WOW did not eat.
