I ordered a unit for my son in February 2010. It is now 09/18/2010 and I still have not received the unit or a refund. The company offer will excuses and apologies and then finally will quit responding. This does not appear to be a reputable company. I have had several different agents say they would help, and still all I got were excuses, apologies, and silence.
