Steer Clear of this Place!!

I had the worst experience with these people and everyone that even considers taking a car there need to read this review. I took my Maserati there as it needed all new paint from being in a sandstorm. I was told by Bells employees (all family members) that it would take 1 month to complete. Perfect., I calculated $2,000 for a rental car.
After the first month, I began weekly asking when my car would be done and the lies began. 7 weeks in, I went to the shop to check on the car that I was told was being painted (and even with an hour heads up) when I showed up it was sitting there and their excuse was continued poorly crafted lies.
After 2 months and charging my insurance $21,000, the car was "finished." LOL I grabbed it and drove away from those people so fast I didnt notice that the whole car had swirl marks, the grill was not replaced, chip guards were paid for but missing, the rocker panel was promised to be fixed wasn't, the rear bumper was not installed correctly and WORST of all, someone had set a can down on the hood while the paint was wet which left a huge mark in the clear coat.
Rental car total: $4,000 @ $65 a day plus tax and $500 insurance deductible.
I called to tell them and they denied all this. I drove it to shop to show them and they said I did all this... Ok, so I then drive100 miles the AC compressor smoked under hood and expired. In shop for a week. $2,500. I get car out of shop, drive another 150 miles, alternator blows up $2,000 and have to tow car from Moreno Valley for $300. Another week in shop. My mechanic looks at and notices both parts were submerged in water as these 2 parts rarely burn up and never both within a few hundred miles. I tell Bells and they deny this without even seeing car as expected.
Rental car totals for 2 more weeks of work: $1,000. Seems that the detailer put swirls all over car and pressure washed engine thus blowing water into the alternator and compressor. I asked them who detailed it: with 3 different answers: they did, they sent it out, a mobile detailer did it.
Next, I have insurance company inspect car and Bells out as they paid the bill and we were all mislead and charged for items that were not completed and were delivered a car a month late and it was in worse shape than when it arrived. Bells tries to deny everything mentioned here but insurance company sees right through them and will simply not ever pay a claim again for them so they fix a few things, and I get car back again... Of course they forgot 2 of the 4 items and had it for twice as long as promised so I just said forget it.
Lastly, they looked at waterlogged parts at my mechanics shop, and of course they denied any wrong doing and we will end up in court. What was my total out of pocket here for using this place? $10,300 not including driving back and forth to their shop several times and my time.
Stay far away from this place. They have charming English accents and Ralph will tell you over and over he's been doing this for 35 years, but its been all shoddy work and lies.
