My experience with Bally's is not a great one! For one the club was not a good one. The Child Care facility was a joke! And the machines were broken, and the tv's never worked.
I had to live out the three year contract so I would not incur any additional charges, I didn't step foot in the club for over two years but continued to pay the bill! Now I get to the last month of the contract and call to cancel and the rep Nygil says ok it will be $50 to cancel both accounts. I said ok and he charged my card for $70.00! He said oh yeah I didn't tell you that there is a $20 processing fee. Naturally I asked to speak with a supervisor and he put me on hold for 44 minutes and then hung up! I call back and another young lady says well you still owe the month of Feb. And if we give you back $10 you will still owe $7 and some change! Then I ask to speak with a supervisor and she hangs up! So finally I call back and Jake the supervisor says I will have to listen to the call and call you back! Ok what happened to the customer is always right!!!! Geez! How incompetent can you be!
