This company makes a lot of promises but it’s not able to deliver. They are supposed to be a web building/hosting company, but their technology is not up to par with other hosting companies.
They are unable to do simple things like sorting items in your site (e.g. price low to high, price high to low, sort by item name, etc.)
Their customer service horrible and are not helpful at all. I have escalated issues to their manager and they do not even respond to my emails.
Their tech support is slow and is not able to resolve simple issues quickly.
The only way I have been able to get this company to do anything is by filing complaints with the BBB.
I would advise anybody to withhold from doing any business with this company.
