I highly question the ability of this company to help anyone in a professional and swift manner. They do not answer phone calls after leaving several messages, they dont do things they say they are going to do, like file an amendment. We have been dealing with these people for almost a year, they give us the run around.
Everytime we go in to try and get some answers about where we stand with our case nobody seems to know anything, they give us another appointment to come in another day to see the paralegal, then when that day comes, guess what? nobodys there to help us like usual. What's the point of making an appointment if nobody is going to be there? Be warned think twice before you decide to visit this establishment, all its brought us is a huge headache.
