Last year this company contacted me and talked me into trying their product saying that it was high quality and would last twice as long as what we were using. Did not use right away as it wasn't needed. I paid the invoice and they sent another toner before the first one was used. When I used the first toner I found that the toner brushed off the paper. Letters mailed were returned because the address was illegible. Print quality was just not up to par and the cartridge did not last any longer than what we used originally. When first contacted I understood that we would receive the one cartridge and if I liked it, I would contact them to order more. I was up front that we did not want to order several at one time. It was not explained that they order a complete box that we were supposed to purchase. I spoke to 3 different people last year explaining the situation and that we did not wish to receive any more toner or phone calls. Today on 5/14/10 I received another phone call. The caller would not take no for an answer. She was rather pushy, when I explained that we were not interested and why, she went into the same spiel I got last year from the callers. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, beware of this company, make sure you fully understand what they are telling you.
