HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE w/THIS Company

Rented a van with AVR 6 wks ahead of time from needing it. Confirmed 10 days out before pick up "All set reservation confirmed" explained I was in Denver & needed the van for a tournament and could not have any issues. Was told I was all set... Then they
called me and left voice-mail (!) happily telling me they "were oversold" and had no van for me 36 hours before my pickup time! No offer to help, no willingness to give me contact info for other car rental co's they work with... NOTHING. I called them back
and all they said was "we know you are upset..." NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL AND FINALLY GAVE ME "THE CEO'S EMAIL TO CONTACT HIM PERSONALLY" EXCEPT IT IMMEDIATELY BOUNCED BACK TO ME AS UNDELIVERABLE... Found their rating on the Better Business Bureau as a (D)
Do not book with them is my advice
