I ditto the other 2 reviews. It has been a horrendous experience dealing with this company. I feel as if I've been hoodwinked. I've been requesting to be released from Advantage Loss Group for almost 2 months now. I've sent certified letters, email made phone calls to no avail. I've been told by three different people in their office (who refuse to give their last names) that they are waiting on their supervisor to approve my release. Wow! Am I being held hostage? Its awful and frustrating. Do I have any recourse? I give Advantage Loss Group NO STARS.
