Very nice and elegant place to live. On-site maintenance team repairs any issues promptly. Sound enforcement is not controlled. -Had to call Rancho PD, this happened once and has not happened again. I can hear my neighbors above me at 3 in the morning, but overall noise is quiet. If your room shares the stairwell wall you will hear everybody walk up and down all day/night long. Landscape is well kept. Parking gets tough late night weekends. Overall 4 stars! And the staff is great!
