There was a mistake made by Michael M., a member from Flamingo South Beach Management office, when he told me that I have to send a 'move out notice' in advance between 1 month and 2 months. The Move Out Notices is supposed to give before 2 months (they just changed those rules this year 2010), and I knew it, and I was aware of that, so that is why I was going to the management office every other week 3 or 4 months before the contract ends (which was on 24th June 2010). With this mistake made by Mike, I was forced to pay month to month basis from June 24th 2010, until July 14th 2010, because I gave the move out notice on May 14th 2010, after other lady called Elvira Murphy told me to do so. Now Michael M. is gone, he is not working anymore there, but he was aware and he knew me since the first day I was on Flamingo, after the first year, he was told to help me find another apartment on my second year contract and he never helped me, so that's why me and my wife stayed on the same apartment for another year. Now It is time to move out, and in my opinion he made it on purpose, or was not capable to work on that company, by telling me other things. I was supposed to leave on 24th June 2010, and now I am moving out on 14th July 2010. Since after the first year of my contract that I wanted to move, and nobody could help me to do so because I was on the contract already. Management office only cares about new residents. Now I am asking my money back, which is 1085$ dollars
