This is a letter i wrote to them to cancel:
To whom it may concern,
I wish to cancel my services to A New Beginning/GCS for what I feel is very unsatisfactory service. In addition, this is a highly questionable way to do business. I am very dissatisfied with, communication and fee structure. If I had really been made to understand how this really works I never would have entered into a contract. This service is setup to base fees on a total percentage, then it takes so long for any real results that charge-offs accruing interest end up making all matters worse. I would really like to see a at least 7000 of the 8000 or so of my fees in addition to escrow funds returned to me since there has not been any real time spent on my account in the first place. $8000 is a ridiculous price to pay for an agreement such as this that has only one settlement to its record. I will not stand for it.

If I don’t see the requested fees returned to me I will be taking you to small claims court.
