After their incompetence ruined my holiday marketing, they said my refund would be issued within 10 days. I'm now in the 3rd month waiting. To call them is NEVER under an hour and a half wait on hold. Everyone I've talked to has appeased me but not once followed through. Save yourself a nightmare and move on.
