Great Service

This is the second time I have had my Breitling Superocean serviced at WatchRepair.net. The first time was almost 10 years ago.
I was nervous the first time I sent my Breitling for service, as I had only spoken to Jeff once, and read many positive reviews about the quality of the business. As I dropped it off at FedEx that day, I thought maybe I was making a mistake entrusting my expensive (to me) watch, to someone I never met. My fears were quickly dispelled, by multiple calls, and emails keeping me up tp date on the status of the service. I got my watch back working and looking great.
So it was a no brainer to send it back to WatchRepair.net recently for a second time when I was experiencing a problem with the crown and stem, which required a more involved service. Jeff and Marc kept me informed throughout each step, and always gave me a price, and got authorization from me before continuing with the service.
I got my Breitling back, looking and running as good as new, and I am very happy. I feel the level of service, craftsmanship and price can not be matched by anyone else in the business.
Finally, to anyone who is hesitant about sending your timepiece to them for service, don’t be. They are as professional as can be, will keep you informed every step of the way, and you will be very happy with the quality and price.
