STAY AWAY FORM THIS COPMANY! It is not worth miser discount that they offer!
Placed $$$ alliance order and got damaged goods. Followed in-store policy for reporting the damages, submitted pictures, repair man confirmed that it needs to be replaced, but after 3 weeks it still sitting in my house on the palate as the day it was delivered. Now the company trying to shift damage responsibility to us. As one of regional managers pointed out- this store practices "customer abuse" tactics to avoid taking responsibilities and replace the product!
If you already placed your order and waiting to be delivered- DO NOT sign anything and let that driver of your doorway until you open ALL of your boxes and confirm that there is no damage! DOT BE THE NEXT VICTIM !
