Highly Dishonest and Manipulative

I was given a binding moving estimate based on the size and contents of my storage unit. On the day of my move the Crew Leader increased the estimate $700.00. I had my Binding Moving Estimate in hand and he still insisted that his record was correct. He would not show it to me.
I refused to continue my move with this company. I had to call the police department as the moving crew began to toss my belongings back into the storage space.
