After 2 keys on my Asus laptop broke, I hunted around for replacements - but no luck. The vendor told me I should replace the entire keyboard - at my own cost. Laptopkey was able to help me and sent me my requested keys, corresponding late at night over a weekend to make sure I would be happy with the order. I received the keys and it worked perfectly! I highly recommend them :)
