HOW ON EARTH DO YOU MAKE A PAYMENT??

I'm not kidding - I have literally tried 7 times to add an account to the Hyundai Motor Finance page - following all instructions, using my account number and VIN number and for whatever reason it refuses to add my car to make a payment.
I've literally tried the automated phone line 5 times and when it gets to my "voice recorded" approval it says I'm sorry we can't process your payment - please try again.
I've literally called the customer service line 5 times which sends me to a black hole of silence in which no one ever picks up. Longest I've waited was 22 minutes and then the phone just hung up. HOW THE HELL AMD I SUPPOSED TO PAY????
