I would give a lower rating if I could

You folks are the worst in customer service. Here is how it went:
1. placed order
2. received confirmation
3. at 4:41pm! you email NO CALL to say there is a problem with delivery
5. I call your help desk and I am told by a recording that I have reached the support desk after hours. Then the number disconnects. Your support hours are until 4pm WEST COAST. I called at 5pm EST.
6. Call support again...this time I get in the queue. On hold for 17 minutes, operator answers and says "Be right back.." 15 minutes later phone number hangs up on me.
7.Third time calling the support line and a rather rude lady says very quickly 'Wait a minute...' then the call is put back on hold. Then 20 minutes later a woman comes on that doesn't give one fig about my problems and states that the florist (Not FlowerShopping) didn't have the right color of flowers. FS could send out the right color tomorrow. My wife's birthday was today. RIGHT
8. This lady was rude and could care less about the order being missed. No apology NOTHING. Do less recording jibberish and more focus on customer service.
