I am so pleased that I discovered Fitness Equipment Broker! Their customer service is first rate. They are trustworthy, and met or exceeded all expectations in terms of the purchase and delivery process. I think their prices are very competitive (they were as good or better than all the ones I researched). Israel is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but not at all a high pressure salesman. He either knew or found the answers to all my questions. Also there were a couple of small issues that arose, which Israel went above and beyond to resolve.
I started off looking for a used recumbent stepper, and Israel made a very good case for a new one that was only a little bit higher in price. It was not a hard sell - I really felt that he had my best interests at heart. And he was absolutely right! I am extremely happy with my Spirit Medical CRS800 Recumbent Stepper! I would highly recommend this unit. And I would highly recommend Fitness Equipment Broker for any fitness equipment needs!
