AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPS TO PICK-UP SHOES AND EXCUSES FOR THE SHOES NOT BEING READY, FINALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THE 3 PAIR OF SHOES WERE LOST. THE OWNER HAD REFUSED/UNWILLING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE; PAY FOR THE SHOES AT THE FAIR MARKET VALUE. THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE!
