I had accidently got signed up because I was on my notebook and the touch pad is sensitive. I was filling out the form(online).when I was finished with the forms I got impatient and intened to cancel. As I went to sign out my hand went over the pad and it got sent. I had the access to the progrm but never used it partially be cause of a family crisis at the time. I had gone past the 30 day trial period. I explained to them (train pet dog) on their contact us web site and they were nice enough to refund the two months they had charged me. I had just gone past the 1mo. period. I sent them a reply to thank them and will send a short note telling them of this note also.
