Worst experience with ordering and customer service
This was the first time our company ordered from Discountmugs. When we placed the order, we explained that if we didn't receive the product by the deadline, then we didn't need it. Discountmug committed to getting it to us, took our $$, but failed to deliver. They had a few weeks to complete orders for three separate items and the day after the items were due they told us they needed another couple days. The promo items were needed for an invitation-only tradeshow...we ordered chairs for the attendees to sit on, but Discount Mugs didn't deliver them. We ordered 425 beach totes, but Discount Mugs failed to deliver. To add insult to injury, they kept promising that everything was on track and that we would receive our items on time. Both the customer service dept and the sales dept put in writing that our items were on track to arrive by the deadline....they were telling us right up until the day before they were due in hand!!!! Discount Mugs is a failure and I cannot imagine how they've achieved any kind of BBB rating because it is literally the worst customer service and follow through I have ever experienced with a company. I will never utilize them again, and seriously warn others to steer clear. My rating would be ZERO STARS but that didn't seem to be an option.
