Same problem

I have the same problem. Ordered chairs at end of november and was told they were back ordered til Dec 15th, called dec 20th only to find out they didn't have them and didn't know when they were coming in. The rep was not helpful at all (her name was vanessa) she told me someone would call back, but no one did. Called 2 days later got better service from that rep but told them I wasn't satisfied when their website clearly states "it's in stock and ready to ship" but clearly is not. They said the chairs could be in customs or on a boat from china they weren't sure. Once again was told I would get a call back but never got one. So I called the next day and wanted to know where my chairs were otherwise I wanted a credit back. Tried to tell me that there would be a 30% cancelation fee, told them I didn't want to cancel but the fact that no one knew where my chairs were and wouldn't call back to explain to me whats going on they left me no choice but to cancel. When I explained I would call my credit card company I finally was able to get someone above the phone associate. Also got Oscar seems like a good guy and funny how after I threaten to call credit card company they found my chairs and are now shipping them and should get by end of week. Will keep posted if I get them. I'm worried they are going to send me the wrong ones and say it was an accident. Hope I'm wrong!!! FYI: they also blamed the manufacture, I bought Berkline/Lane furniture
