I bought my 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer here after sending an email out to the fleet managers at several different Mitsubishi dealerships with the car I was interested in including the additional options I wanted. This dealership sent me an email with the lowest price quote, so I went there. Upon arriving, they gave me a completely different price quote even though I had the email and said he must of misunderstood about the options I wanted. Then I informed them of the same car on their website listed several thousand dollars below what they wanted me to pay. Upon reviewing this they stated that the picture that went with the price was not the actual car that they were selling and the fine print 2pages prior to this would tell you that. After some haggling I finally got them to come down some on the price. They also offered my a $1000 rebate that would be sent in the mail, which was for being a newly graduated college student. I had to bring in my diploma and everything so they could copy it. This has been 2 yrs ago and I still haven't seen the rebate. Recently I had my oil plug fall out causing all of my oil to drain out and my engine to seize. I have never had my oil changed or my serviced anywhere besides Huntington Beach Mitsubishi, but my car was towed by Mitsubishi roadside assistance to South Coast due to closer proximity. Now they won't pay for my car to be fixed and say it isn't covered under warranty (even though they have this great 100,0000mile, 10yr powertrain warranty and my car is 2yrs old with 25,000 miles on it). I can't even get a response out of Huntington Beach because they keep saying it is out of their hands since it is now at South Coast Mitsubishi.
