I have to say that what could have turned out to be a disaster was not only averted by this classy web business, but handled with expedience, courtesy, humor and in a thoroughly supportive manner. We ordered, and had rush shipped, some merchandise for
a brand new Renaissance Festival in our community that is only running for one weekend. One of the items we ordered arrived and was not to our specifications. I quickly created a "job ticket" and opened a dialog with one of their reps; Catherine. She was attentive,
showed concern, and rectified the problem in a manner that far exceeded expectation. I would work with this company any time, and look forward to giving them a lot more business next year. Thanks for an absolutely fantastic transaction - I highly recommend
