Statewide Enterprises really seems to be a very good management company. I have lived at my building managed by Statewide Enterprises for the last 5 years and they run an extremely professional operation here. The property is clean, the apartments are remodeled and any maintenance requests that I have made have been addressed within a short period of time. The manager here is a real sweetheart and really tries her hardest to make everyone happy. I am happy to give them my five star rating.
